The last pre season before TD reserves start playing for points.
Playing on a pitch which didn't allow TD to play there superior passing technical football, Ifield Albion took an early lead and bloodied TD s nose. A first half that was easily forgettable and lacked anything that resembled quality.

2nd half was a far better display with TD controlling the game with N.Prictchard dictating all that was good about TD , although TD had control they didn't look too threatening in the final 3rd so with 10 mins to go , Captain James Senra approached the gaffer, having been nursing a bad finger on the side lines from min 5 . " Put me on gaffer Ill ******* score". With that Senra took to the field and the whole team lifted. He drove TD forward and Ifield could not live with him . 2 mins in he passed 3 players down the left and cut it across the box for Josh to tap one home. With the game now in balance Senra wasn't done. on the 85th min True to his word Senra tucked the ball into the Ifield bottom corner with his left peg. Job done.

gaffer said. "In the team talk I asked Senra to stand up and lead this team, be a proper captain. He did exactly that. pleased for him on a day he was deferentially targeted. Happy with the result but big improvements needed or it will a long hard season"
