The Masters started slowly in this important title deciding fixture and could never get on top of the game.

It was a game of few chances, but in truth if anyone was going to break the deadlock it was always the Vs.

Jimbo made a couple of good saves and the crossbar came to our rescue.

In the 2nd half, the Dragons got caught up concentrating more on the referee's performance rather than our own. Midway through the half the Vs broke through and finished well to increase the size of the task. The Dragons huffed and puffed but could not create a good chance they could take, and the Vs killed the game in the final minutes with a 2nd to hand them the title.
